You make sure everyone is always on the same page.
This role exists to bring together people, priorities and details across customer workstreams. You focus on understanding what’s in play and ensuring everything is aligned before action begins. Your situational awareness operates at the highest level to help internal teams, customers and their vendors.
You’ll work alongside Framework and Progression teammates to make sure intent, facts and expectations are locked in and confirmed—so things move forward without confusion or rework. You are the supreme manager of expectations—setting, resetting and iterating them as things change.
You’ll be in constant rhythm with customer Design, Engineering and Construction stakeholders (and their vendors) as well as internal teams, identifying where connections need to happen and making sure they do. When done right, your work removes doubt, closes loops and brings shared understanding to every individual and group we support.
