Customer Orchestration

You construct, iterate and unify complex operational facts.

This role exists to own and evolve what we call the framework—a living baseline of customer facts, requirements, workflows, conditions and context. It’s the solid foundation for everything we orchestrate and deliver for customers. When done right, interactions and decisions across internal and external teams for designs and builds are simple, smooth and perfectly align.

You’ll work closely with customer Design, Engineering and Construction teams (and their vendors) as their go-to contact for onboarding, verifications and changes. Your understanding unifies the  details of how their hyperscale environments and operational flow tie together. The coherence you bring reflects exactly in the framework you construct, customers approve and our internal teams use every day to help customers design and build with ease.

Your focus is an exceptional experience for the customer. To do this effectively, you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll use systems and processes we purpose-built to enable top-tier ownership with ease. You’ll track macro and micro relationships between everything that matters—requirements, decisions, actions, et al.—and evolve them as things change. You’ll work alongside teammates who move customer initiatives forward, while you keep the ground they walk on solid.

What you’ll own:

  • Understanding every detail of the customer’s operations and maintaining its coherence through the entire framework
  • Constructing the customer’s framework for reliable consistency
  • Connections across details, systems and workflows—so teams aren’t guessing, duplicating or backtracking
  • Sunrising the framework to verify correctness and give customers absolute confidence
  • Helping prevent risks, misalignment and gaps before they surface
  • Aligning and validating the framework as things shift, ensuring it always reflects the full picture of facts and relevant context
  • Curating the framework via intuitive formats for a clear, consistent and impactful customer experience
  • Feedback loops to make everything feel seamless for you, internal teams, our customers and their vendors
  • Making the work yours—your ideas, instincts and strengths have a  real impact here
