Customer Orchestration

You orchestrate the details that tie designs and builds together.

This role exists to make product management easy for customers across their power, mechanical and networking infrastructure. You have the ability to make connections with ease, unifying dependencies and relationships into one clear, connected view. You clarify what matters, align expectations and simplify customer decisions with coherent facts, clear context and points you know they’ll need.

You’re not here to supervise others—you’re here to own the full infrastructure layer. You’ll be on the Framework team—driving clarity and cross-organizational alignment across all customer-specified products and processes. You’ll work closely with  the Progression team who moves initiatives forward based on the foundation you help perfect. Together, you form seamless handoffs across functional teams and vendors. When done right, nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll partner with key customer Design, Engineering and Construction stakeholders to understand what they need, verify their approvals, qualify anything they might of missed and curate exactly what they need to interact and make decisions at world-class service levels. We give you intuitive systems that effect world-class accountability, allowing you to focus on customer priorities. You make sure what customers design and build reflects exactly what’s approved and expected for all systems and from all vendors.

What you’ll own:

  • The full product infrastructure scope within the customer framework—across power, mechanical and network systems
  • Understanding, constructing and updating framework content to reflect what’s real, accurate and approved
  • Verifying the details and dependencies that govern critical gear & equipment fit, type, variation, mating, compatibility and features
  • Preventing missteps between scopes across vendors and customer teams by spotting interdependencies and syncing decisions early
  • Aligning vendor inputs with customer expectations, site conditions, specifications and actual critical equipment
  • Securing consistency across systems, from architecture and applications specs to product-level nuances and more
  • Guiding vendors and collaborating with customer teams during product and vendor onboarding, changes and escalations
  • Curating product and condition information into clear, intuitive formats that drive better decisionsMaking the work yours—your ideas, instincts and strengths have a  real impact here
