This role exists to ensure that the facts we operate against are right from the start. You’re not validating every step—our systems handle that. Your job is to confirm that what goes into the system is true, precise, and tied to the right parts of the customer’s framework. You prevent duplication, replication and misplacement—because everything downstream depends on us getting it right upfront.

You’ll work across product scopes, vendor relationships and evolving system specifications to secure and structure what’s real—resolving gaps, clarifying nuances and making sure all future validation flows against a solid foundation. When variations or near-matches appear later, you bridge the difference or expand the framework to handle them. The result from what you do is fewer surprises, smoother workstreams and complete trust in what we deliver for customers.

When done right, your work gives internal teams, customers (and their vendors) one place to look, one truth to rely on and the confidence to move forward without second-guessing.

What you’ll own:

• Confirming and securing facts within our systems that form the basis of all future validation
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness of customer-approved details and dependencies
  Preventing duplication and ensuring each data point is placed, connected and surfaced in the right contextIterating the framework as new validation cases emerge with subtle differences or new scenarios
• Surfacing inconsistencies and coordinating with teammates to resolve them quickly
• Collaborating with Framework teammates to keep the baseline clean and verified
• Supporting Progression teammates by resolving ambiguities and reducing blockers before they slow execution
• Creating intuitive, repeatable patterns for organizing validations with clarity, consistency and unity—without making it difficult
• Curating a clear, useful record of validation that’s easy for customers and internal teams to trust
• Making the work yours—your ideas, instincts and strengths have a  real impact here
