This role exists to produce seamless, cross-organizational workstreams. You unify what the customer requires, how each vendor operates and what we need internally to flawlessly action every stage. You turn varied expectations and scattered processes into structured, end-to-end flows that everyone can easily follow internally—to deliver the seamless experiences we promise.

You’ll work directly with internal teammates, customer stakeholders, and customer vendors to align the many moving parts of how things actually get done. You’ll take what’s known, what’s needed and what’s missing to unite divergent cross-organizational processes. Your work on the Framework team makes every initiative feel like it operates in one system for everyone working from it.

When done right, your work eliminates second guessing and bridges all the operational gaps. What you do prevents inefficient back-and-forth and makes complex processes so clear that they’re impossible to be misunderstood. You give everyone the well-thought-out pathways they’ve always needed for continuous flow—without interruption.

What you’ll own:

• Producing unified, conditional workstreams in our purpose-built system—of customer requirements, vendor-specific processes and internal best-practices
• Translating workflow expectations into simple, cross-functional sequences
• Mapping dependencies, handoffs and timing across internal and external players
• Collaborating internally to ensure workflows you construct in the framework reflect the customer-approved baseline
• Aligning and validating and testing every detail of workstreams before sunrising into live customer operations
• Surfacing gaps between how things should flow and how they actually do—and closing them
• Pattern recognition across completed workstreams and active flows to improve effectiveness and operational flow
• Making the work yours—your ideas, instincts and strengths have a  real impact here
